We have a 30-day return policy, which means you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 30 days from the time of delivery. 

Please contact us at info@karelenco.nl and we'll inform you about the address and the instructions for the return. If your return is accepted, you can ship to us with a courier of your choice and we will be there to support you with any questions or concerns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you’ve received it: unused, with tags and its original packaging. Besides, you’ll need to add a receipt or a proof of purchase in order to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product(s) to us. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting. Lost packages will not be refunded. 

Generally we process returns the same week we are receiving the returned item. After this, within 10 days the refund will be on your bank account. If for some reason it takes more than 15 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@karelenco.nl.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

Exchanging an item for a different style is not possible. In that case, the order will be refunded, any new items can be bought on the website, if still available. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. In case there are any defects, your item is damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately. Please add a picture of the damage, a detailed description of the damage and a copy of the invoice / receipt.  In this way we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As most of our items are hand-made, be aware that small differences with the photos on the websites can occur. Such as facial expressions or slight color-differences in the fabric used. Such differences do not count as defects and cannot be returned.
